DEAR PASSENGERS

DEAR PASSENGERS

It is with great emotion that the staff at Editions Ante Insulae publish, for what is most likely the very last time, the editorial for this magazine. Beyond our sadness, it’s above all a feeling of gratitude that comes to mind. We would like to thank both airlines, Air Antilles and Air Guyane, who we have traveled extensively with for the past 20 years, flying further throughout the Caribbean and French Guiana. As the companies expanded and evolved over the past two decades, it was been a passionate adventure for our editors as they continually pushed the boundaries of their imagination: Barbados, Curacao, Dominica, Puerto Rico, Saint Lucia, Saint Martin, Santo Domingo, Antigua… To better explore these places, and promote the cultural wealth of the Caribbean and French Guiana, putting the spotlight on young talents as well as those at the top of their game, has been truly rewarding for our staff. In representing these airlines, we hope to have worked toward a sense of Caribbean unity by showcasing the multiple aspects of the many islands and French Guiana.

The editorial staff would like to thank you from the bottom of their hearts for your support and loyalty for our publication. We would also like to sincerely thank our faithful advertisers and partners who have helped us develop the magazine. Huge thanks to the Arawak, BNP Paribas, BMW, Canal Plus, Hôtel Simon, Golf Car, Monetik Alizés, French Guiana Amazonian Park, Sebastiano, Le Pelican, Buzz Mag, all of the Tourist Offices in the Caribbean and in French Guiana, among many others.

We hope you enjoy this issue, and don’t forget to read or re-read our articles online at onair.news
